Shoulder Season - $1500.00 p/week
Week before first week of Qld State school holidays
Last week of Qld State school holidays
All other Qld State school holidays
All other weeks - $1200.00 p/week
Nightly rates - Subject to season and availability
2 Nights - $450.00
3 Nights - $600.00
Although the property is fully self contained, please bring your own linen, towels, toiletries, laundry powder, etc. We ask departing guests to leave the property clean & tidy. This includes emptying the rubbish bin, washing and drying all dishes, emptying the dishwasher, emptying and cleaning the refrigerator, oven/griller & microwave, BBQ and so on. Thank you
